Staying at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms, although in the basement, were neat, nice, and spacious but felt a bit stark. The service was excellent, with very helpful and friendly staff members. The location was wonderful for exploring the area independently. Dining offered tasty Indian dishes with a live counter for omelettes and dosas but was limited to Indian cuisine only.

My stay at the hotel was truly a mix of great and not-so-great experiences! The large balcony facing the river was a huge plus, offering a serene view, but unfortunately, no AC in the rooms could be a downside. The service provided by the rivulet teams was top-notch, very hospitable and helpful. The location, while beautiful and perfect for nature lovers, lost points due to the lack of nearby shops and a not-so-great approach road.

The resort sits atop a hill with a lush green view from the balcony, offering a serene atmosphere. The staff are extremely cooperative and possess a humble character, quick to respond to our needs. However, the location, although excellent in nature, lacks nearby amenities and the road leading to the resort needs improvement.
